When you join our waitlist, we collect:

Email address (required)
First name, last name, company and position (optional)
Approximate location (country, region, city – derived from IP)
Browser language and user agent
Referrer URL and UTM campaign parameters

3. Purpose of Processing

We process your data solely to manage the waitlist and notify you when Procezz becomes available. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted in the EU). We retain your data until you request deletion or until the waitlist is no longer needed.

5. Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies and does not track individual users across sites.

6. Your Rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG), you have the right to:

Access your personal data
Request correction or deletion of your data
Withdraw consent at any time
Request data portability

If you are located in the EU/EEA, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also applies. You additionally have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
